Unlock user accounts


To unlock a user account:

  1. In the left pane, select your domain (for example, mydomain).
  2. Select Security > Unlock User.
  3. Enter the name of the user account you want to unlock in the Unlock User field.
  4. Choose the servers on which you want the user accounts unlocked.
  5. Click Unlock.
